is a development company incorporated in Malawi by shareholding of Future Life Africa (the bidding sponsor) and Wabana Capital Inc (the investor) to execute the project accordingly. The below terms except;
.
i. The Development Company will be owned by the Wabana/Investor (49%) and Future Life Africa (51%)
ii. Future Life Africa and Wabana Capital (African Growth Group Limited) shall conclude an agreement for, Engineering, Procurement and Construction of the Student Accommodation and related facilities.
iii. The African Growth Group is handling the, Engineering, Procurement and Construction of the Student Accommodation and related facilities in accordance with the PPP Student Accommodation Agreements concluded with the Universities.
iv. The African Growth Group is responsible for completion and delivery of the project.
v. The African Growth Group Limited has a Board with members nominated by Wabana/Investor and Future Life Africa in accordance with the Malawi Companies Act 2013 and the Memorandum and Articles of Incorporation of the Development Company.
vi. The Board is responsible for the overall management of the Development Company.
